Our baroque band in concert (in-person AND online) featuring music of TWO Georges, that Dynamic Duo, Handel & Telemann!
Ensemble Leonarda (Susan Graham, flute; Dan McCarthy, violin & viola d’amore; Nathan Whittaker, cello; Nancy Kito, harpsichord), featuring (among others) Handel’s sublime Trio in B minor and Telemann’s Trio in D Major for flute, viola d’amore, & continuo. What is this reclusive and elusive instrument, viola d’amore? You’ll have to tune in and find out!
This is a 1-hour concert, no intermission.
